I have plan of 300 Mbps rupee 4400.
For past week it is not showing the speed and having frequent disconnection .
JIo service came and changed my router but it didnt’ fix the problem.
Later they confirmed to me that they are unable to help as they can’t fix line in mubmai and stopped coming to fix the problem.
They told me they are informed that in mumbai jio line was broken so it will be like that till it fixes.
