They are doing fraud to users in name of speed of internet they provide. Never have their connection, they’ll continuously call and disturb you to install Jio gigafiber but don’t come under the trap. They will take the Rs. 2500 and put a shitty router in your house with poor internet connection. When their representative installed connection in my house they told that they’ll provide good customer service and will particularly visit if there is any issue. But now when I ask them to check the kind of speed they’re providing they keep on saying that contact customer care number and no one from customer service is helping me to get rid of this shitty service and get my 2500 bucks back. Worst every service any network could provide.
