I tried contacting my bank using my Airtel’s number but I was not able to connect through. Later I discovered that I am supposed to get an additional recharge which was not made aware to us and is very hard to find on their website (Still not able to find the section)
I cannot make a call to my bank as I desperately need to get a few things corrected.
