Text of Complaint by DPP:

Apart from my daily data usage I activated a 50GB, 251Rs pack. Since four days its not been working. raised two complaints on 5th sep. tried multiple times to customer care, they are asking to wait until Oct 07th.
If you try to connect with customer care you will hear only their music and wait indefinitely. after some time,  calls will get disconnected on their own.
i have one more number in my name from airtel, both i will port to some other service provider. and will also share my experience with my organisation. it will reach 2500 employees and wll also share in social media.
