I was provided a voucher for Amazon from zest money app with loan id no :A96AF170B5F6 through DMI finance.
To our surprise the voucher wasn’t used from our end and we were spammed which was escelated to team the next morning. After follow up and legal team still investigating collection’s team are unnecessary harassing by calling in odd time even after DND and instructions given to collection team from fraud department. We have been a prompt payer till date this is creating a nupur nuisance to us and my family .
Awaiting a resolution from zest money at earliest.
