Text of Complaint by Mandeep Singh:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to formally escalate a serious issue of suspected data misuse, cyber harassment, and service negligence related to my Jio mobile connection.

Registered Jio Mobile Number: 9466851005

Incident Details:
Today, I contacted Jio Customer Care twice to request closure of my Jio AirFiber connection:

First call in the morning
Second call around 5:00 PM
During the second call, the customer care executive spoke in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. The call got disconnected abruptly.

Immediately after this call, I started receiving:
More than 200 spam/OTP messages
More than 30 spam OTP calls

This spam activity started right after the customer care interaction, which strongly indicates a case of OTP bombing and possible misuse of my personal data.

Despite repeated attempts to contact Jio Customer Care after this incident:
I waited 16 minutes on one call
35 minutes on another call
but no executive responded, and only the waiting tone continued.

Serious Concerns:
This appears to be a case of cyber harassment / OTP bombing
Possible insider misuse or leakage of customer data
Complete failure of customer support during a critical situation
Such incidents fall under cyber security violations and IT Act provisions, and I am extremely concerned about the safety of my personal data.
