I bought a watch from Flipkart named as “Alt Og Max” of worth 1100/-(approx.), which stopped working (didn’t charge switched off) in 4-5 months, I registered warranty and registered complaint on their official website, Alt Og Support, they called for troubleshoot after 15-20 days, and told few steps to follow, which I followed and then too the watch didn’t turn on, Then the Customer Care told that they would send a new charging cable in few days, and after 2 months on same date they e-mailed that the product is shipped which is worth 7999/-, by shipkart and bluedart,
Can a charging cable be 7999/-, and atleast for a 1100/- watch,
And it’s shipped and ready to deliver,
And no help from Alt Og team, no response,
And I didn’t ask a new watch too,
I thought that I have made a order for a new watch by mistake but when I went to Alt Og official website THERE WAS NO ACCOUNT BY MY EMAIL(/PHONE NUMBER), And then I created account to see if by mistake they have added it and made delievery, And After CREATING account, I went through my orders and Track Order, THERE WAS NO ORDER MADE,
And THEY DIDN’T EVEN ASK ME THAT I WANT A NEW WATCH OR NOT, THEY JUST MADE A DELIVERY AND THAT TOO 7999/- FOR 1100/- WATCH,
HOW CAN THEY DO LIKE THIS,
AND
RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS,
PLEASE HELP ME
