I have purchased a JBL SOUNDBAR OD429347523089766100 which was scheduled for delivery on 11/10/23
It was delivered on time and the installation date was mentioned 13/10/2023 which was the maximum installation time
On 13th evening I recorded a message from flipkart that due to heavy rainfall in your area installation is rescheduled whereas there was no rainfall anywhere in my state
I contacted the customer service team and they rescheduled my installation date to 16 oct
On 15 i received another message that my installation was again rescheduled on 17oct
The product is still boxed and the return policy is valid untill 18 oct 2023
