Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve been a Happy TATA SKY Customer since 7 to 8 years and i’ve never occurred with a problem like this. Since 2 days sound is not audible at all. even though i increase the volume to 100. I contacted the person who installed the setup box for us. he says it might be a problem of setupbox.
So, I kindly request you to resolve this issue ASAP.
