I subscribed to SonyLiv’s WEE pack worth rs 299/ on 3rd Dec 2023, The subscription shows active in my account but i am unable to watch the desired WWE content either on the app or on the website. I contacted Sony through whatsapp assistance but to no avail. I even tweeted and DM’d SonyLiv, but to no avail. All i get is the generic responses like “login-Logout” and “Uninstall-Reinstall the app”. It is not about the money, but about the principle of customers’ good faith in these media giants.
