I have purchased Sony Sound bar on 23rd July 2022 Model number HT-S20R and Sony’s engineer had visited for demo installation but the sound quality is poor.
Prior we had checked the sound quality of the above mention product at vijay sales was good after that we had purchased from flipkart but the sound quality we were expecting was not till up to the mark it was really poor.
We want to return the product but we are not able to return and we had spoke to customer care but they are providing resolutions. We want to return this product
We checked with the Sony team, and they said the product would not be replaced; instead, they advised us to contact the vendor from whom we purchased the produc
