sir i want to request that i bought sony ps5 console from flipkart on 13th april as i connect it to my samsung led step by step Till now no problem was faced, after that as the update was going on, suddenly the LED panel would also be bad, half the display became dark. And I had old led in it, I re-flashed ps5 console, there was update issue in it, again I checked, it was defective and software issue came. And I have updated photos in flipkart and applied console conditions, after that no return response came, I am very upset . today is 7th day still no solution sir i want a replacement of my product else i want refund i want my asap
