Hi am Abi July 07 I have purchased Sony Bluetooth home theatre and on July 08 it was delivered. Within 10 min Return also apply as Damage and used item. Delivery boy came and he told Serial number mismatch .Return is not happened yet Again I raised customer complaint.again delivery boy came Serial number mismatch he told he dint take item . After that I called to customer care and they gave approval. August 4 they rejected .And seller told No replacement.Customer care gave 11 aug date it’s been 42 days I purchased item and 1 EMI also paid. Again photo uploaded .Why you people are doing like this to customers.To whom we should inform/complain.No one is responsing . Please replace the item as soon as possible.So.I have already informed to higher authority also.Its been long time.So please do the process as soon as possible
