Respected Sir,
My order no. 402-1233736-8904320 dated 31/03/2021 item was Sony earbuds Bluetooth Rs. 7990/-. so not clearly voice & Sound and not connect my Vivo mobile. So replacement complaint on dated 02/04/2021 and order no. 408-3180047-6538761 Dated 02/04/2021. deliver was dated 04/04/2021. Pick up the my box to delivery boy. At present time of delivery boy box opened me but box was empty I am not give my old item of delivery boy but your company customer care supporter said me not your help me. you are given the old item of delivery so support you and complaint lodge for your supporting team and said me my amazon company technical supporting team checking your details and possible decagon.
Technical team time frame next one week. I am calling for costumer care my complained status on 10/04/2021 response your technical team without verify for delivery boy(contact no. 9182770149) and my complained closed without any satisfy reasons. Cheater of seller GMR Airport City, Survey no 99/1, Mamidipally Village, Shamshabad Hyderabad, Telangana 500108, PAN NO AALCA0171E GST NO 36AALCA0171E1Z0 so empty box sent me. A company responsible of costumer demanded of item delivered and costumer meet of item and satisfier of their item.
So above item order no ok but item not meet me and boxed was damaged. I am not meet me my sony item earbuds bluetooth which the way on thief but not receive me at present time. Item 07 days replacement of time period. so item are not good quality so replacement receiving item next day(replacement 07 days copy attach ). I am already time frame replacement complaint so delivered on 04/04/2021 but not item receive me.
Please checking again technical team of amazon company. Amazon costumer care not support me above regards. So please request you. Amazon company any way time missing of my item Sony earbuds give me ya refund me Rs. 7990/-. Please Your faithful above regards
