I have received a legal notice from the mpokket regarding 2086Rs of loan. I never used this app, I don’t know about it anything, I’m the first time listen to this name. Someone used my name and home address to take 2086Rs of loan. on fake mobile numbers and fake mail id and fake Bank details. mPokket approved my documents and give a loan to another person Without knowing me anything. I am in touch with the mpokket executive for the last 20 days, but no one takes it seriously.
No OTP verification attached with documents, No verification when mpokket deposit a loan in the bank.
It’s affected on my cibil score now
