Someone has made a telegram account with my number and that is a fake account…when my sister confronted that person that this is not your number how you are using it….he/she threatened to not be able to do anything about it…. and continued using that number…. that number was never used for any telegram account before…the telegram account was made on 28 July around 1:30pm that time the phone was hanged and not working… please find the hacker and help
