When I want to upgrade my Airtel SIM to 4g . After enquiring at park Street Airtel store the retailer asked to transfer prepaid number to postpaid for 4g connection and promise that I will be able to transfer it again to prepaid At that time I paid Rs.500 for it . After two months when I went there they asked it will take more one month.After one month they told that they will transfer it to prepaid but they again refused and that day was April 10 after that surprisingly lockdown started. It was extending day by day….after that unfortunately my phone got dead and I wasn’t able to utilise data and call
service and not I don’t know how they charged Rs.1165.47 and I was not able to recharge due to lockdown and during this hard of pandemic they stopped each and every services. They were calling and asking to visit their Airtel stores during lockdown I asked them to deliver new prepaid SIM to my address and they took it also but no action is been taken from them. They only ask to come to our stores during lockdown. Please help,sir during this lockdown internet and calling service is only source to connect with people .
