Refer Airtel Complaint Number in subject of this email. In Kolkata Salt Lake, Airtel engaged in misleading near cheating zone.
1. They sold XStream fiber feature when I applied – However they installed copper wire , citing their zonal issue.
2. The Installing person of Airtel is untrained on basic clipping , basic neat work – leaving place unsafe. For Past 4 months, they have only developed technical bureaucracy kind atmosphere. So they are Tardy.
Please open formal grievance on both cheating and tardy aspect
