I am Alpna Mishra. The customer of your lace locker. Actually I visited the youtube where I got the advertisement for your company (Lace Locker). I visited the shop near my locality but I couldn’t find it. So, I ordered the Product of the sme that I have shown in the advertisement that is regular wear cotton Women Backless v Neck Bra Panty Set of 8 x1. of (INR 599). But today I got a product that I ordered which was totally different from the product I ordered. You have said that there will be a set of 8 bras and panties but when I opened the product I got the only 3 bras and not panties and even the quality of the bra is not properly.

So I was visiting the website of your company to return the product which was missold to me. But the website is not working properly. Even I got the mail from your site where the link was available. I tried that link but I was also not able to visit that website either.

So I request you to help me to return this product within 15 days of the return policy and get my money back.
Kindly do the needful for my issue.
