2 representatives from ICICI finserv visited and offered their swiping machine service to accept payments from debit and credit cards free of cost and without any hidden charges. They defrauded me to sign the contract and did not share any copy of the contract with me. When I started receiving payments, the settled amount was lesser than expected. Turns out they deducted 3500 INR + GST from my payment without notifying me. Now I don’t want machine and I want my money back but they say that its the standard policy.
