Respected Sir’s,

I am Anandhan Manickam and bought a Flat No: A1005 Karan Bella Vista, Sr.No.75/1 & 75/2 , Near To Stud Farm , Pune – Solapur Highway , Manjari , Tq.Haveli , Pune – 412307 with Covered Car Parking at Karan Bellavista Project executed by ISHAN ASSOCIATES (aka Karan Group Builders & Promoters) and It was promised with the sale deed by the builder my parking allotment will occur while my possession takes place. However, the builders due to bad planning had a shortage of parking slots. KARAN KALYAN TAWARE (Authorized Person) Initially confirmed when I met him in person that the builder is going to work on additional parking that will be allocated to me but he also tried to convince or push me with 2 wheeler small parking in place of Car Parking since he does not have any parking for allotment/dispute underway. I have been sending emails, numerous phone calls with KARAN KALYAN TAWARE (Authorized Builder Contact) no further progress last 3 years even after I met him person few times at his office. Karan Taware gave me a fake allotment letter and false promises that were allocated to another person in 2017 (the fake allotment letter is attached). But the Builder decided to cheat me with excuses as I understand he sold few flats now with parking allotment. I am going through mental pressure with my 65 lac investment that I am unable to rent or sell my property without parking allotment which is still under dispute, My Builder Mr. Karan Taware stopped answering my phone calls and blocked my number as well last few months. I had approached newly formed society as well but they have declined my request and society asked me to settle my parking dispute with the builder only I see neither the builder nor the society formed newly is not interested to resolve my parking dispute, however, I am entitled to have parking allotment legally per registered agreement. Kindly help to resolve this as I am paying my EMI/50 K each month, Maintenance 3K without any tenant and I am unable to sell my property, My prayer for best judgment

I have already approached CREDAI-Pune and RERA as well numerous times but still looking for support and justice. Kindly do the needful.
