A sales representative contacted me offering a FLAT in 8 Lucas in Ambaram Society in Tapukara, Bhiwadi Rajasthan which is fine. They asked me to pay 15% amount in advance rest with the help of a home loan I paid the amount on 02/11/2021 on the day of Dhanteras and signed all the required documents and bought FLAT in my mother’s name at the time of documentation they promised to deliver it before Holi of 2022 or end of the month March 2022. After March 2022 they asked 3 more months and proposed a new date in June 2022, the month of June passed in July, they told me it will take a maximum of 1-2 months and I get convinced and said fine and again Diwali came and passed but nothing has happened and they keep on giving new excuses and date and now the scene they are not talking properly and misbehaving and either disconnecting my calls or not picking up. I recently visited Ambaram Bhiwadi on 29/05/2023 to check the work progress and the reason for not delivering on time and I found that they didn’t put in an extra brick after wasting 2 years and they just did tile work apart from that they did nothing. Even I did not find any worker there when I asked about it then they said they are on leave today what a joke they are to leave on Monday, not on Sunday and everyone is taking leave together labor, contractor, and building material also. I didn’t find a bag of cement, paint, or other washroom items, maybe construction material gets a leg and they also went to spend the holidays with their family too.
Whereas the valid reason is they sold the property fraudulently, they collected the amount they invested in new projects in the Alwar name Green Park and used the whole manpower there. I’m sure they must be fooling people there also. After knowing and visiting the site, I decided to meet them at their Head office situated in Sector 44, Gurgaon But no one was interested in meeting and talking to me because I’m not buying a new property if I’ll agree to buy a new one they think they will be ready to touch my feet and treat me like their son in law or brother in law but this time misbehaves with me in front of outsiders on their gate.
Don’t know how low can people stoop after taking money whereas they are carrying the big name as BDI and have no lack of money or manpower. This company is not even paying the salary of old and ex-employees. Even though they don’t be afraid of anyone either Law or God.
Pata nhi kab tak Garibo ko lootate rahenge yaha mai EMI bhi pay kar rha hoo and rent bhi pata nhi kab tak chalega ye sab. If you can take some strict action, then please do.
