In August 2021, I purchased a Jabra headset from Amazon. One of the drivers stopped being heard last month. I thus contacted Jabra to address this problem. Jabra informed us that this item is no longer covered under warranty. When I contacted Amazon afterwards, they agreed to let me return this item after I gave them these details. They first scheduled a return pick-up, but no one showed up to take this product. After getting in touch with them again, Amazon informed me that the only return option for this item is self-return and sent me the printed mailing address with a barcode. I mailed that merchandise to the printed address provided by Amazon, however it was returned owing to an incorrect address.
I contacted Amazon once more, and they requested that I send the item to the same address this time. They assured me that the item will arrive this time, and if not, they would refund my money. After a second try, the merchandise was returned with the same excuse: the address was invalid. Currently, Amazon is asking me to ship the merchandise to the same address once more. My time is being wasted by Amazon, who is also defrauding me.
