I bought a magsafe iphone battery pack from Shyam Krupa Enterprise, it cost me 1469/- , was received from Blue Dart it is not working with my iphone , ( from the minute i received it) i had raised a formal complaint with them , emailed them and also send all images/videos of unboxing it and non working, they have refused a refund and after lot of persuasion they asked me to send it back to them on their office address, last 3 days the courier guy has been trying to deliver it to their address, they dont open door , nor answer phone, they dont pickup the phone at all , nor accepting the courier , i have also send them the DTDC address to collect it from , they dont do anything at all, I feel cheated and scammed and its a complete non ethical organization
