Hi Sir,
I had sold gold from my gold locker in google pay worth Rs. 35.40 on Aug 17. The gold has been debited from my account but i have not received the amount in my account. I have been contacting the customer support for the past two weeks but the technical support says “they are unable to get the status due to technical issues”. I wanted urgent money due to which i had sold the gold but it has been two weeks without any update on this issue. The app says that it will take 3-5 days for the amount to be credited but not received even after two weeks now.
