Today, I received an order from InstaMart regarding a quality issue with expired items named Balaji snacks that had their validity last on June 24th of this year.
But I’m here. The issue cannot be sorted out by customer care support.
For seeking help, we wouldn’t accept such a negligible response from Swiggy.
Be cautious of short-time delivery platforms that don’t have a transparent method for delivering quality items.
Packed everything in one polythene bag it holds fresh, expired items etc.
