Sir I bought TVS EV in July 2021. I bought charges for 12000 quick charger and portable charger for 8500. After buying the ev within one year they changed the charger and now they refuse to exchange the old charger for new one. Actually they should have not charged for charger. So far ev has gone to the service centre 10 times. Everytime it takes 10 to maximum 45 days to rectify. Now i want the company replace my EV with new one. I have paid 140000/-
I have incurred a heavy loss everytime I leave the ev in the Service centre. Please help me in this regard.
