Hi,
I wanted to purchase a Remote Control Toy car, through an instagram page.
The item was told as used, and they had asked for 15000rs.
After a lot of talks and convincing from the page owner, i decided to buy it.
I went to cochin (200kms) away from my home town to pick it up.
Although the item was given, i never saw the person who sold in real, it was just dropped off by some random person who said is a friend of the page owner, I had taken it home and even after repeated attempts, it was not working and appeared to have broken.
I took it back to them for repairs, and it stayed with them for about 7 months, and i was given the excuse that parts are not available, or there is a shortage.
2 weeks ago they said its ready, because i asked them to give it back or i shall be filing a complaint, and they gave it.
It is still not working, and seems to have been broken further more.
They are selling a lot of items through the page, and i think a lot of people are being cheated this way.
Please help, i dont know what else to do
