Installed a V-Guard Solar Water Heater on 14/12/2020 by Mr. Chetan, Sri Laxmi Enterprises, Gonikoppal. The heater, however, stopped working after the monsoon of 2021. Complained to him & he changed one glass panel, but it broke on the same day. Finally, a technician from V-Guard inspected the spot and said that the heater was not installed as per the proper method. Mr. Chetan was given the same message, but till now no action/ method to install it the requied way has not been done.
