My name is Amit
I bought poco f4 5g mobile in August. It was delivered to me on 23 August 2022.
Now I am facing too much issues from one month.
Mobile gets switched off automatically and restart automatically. Also if I am using any application then that application gets close and didn’t open again upto I restart again. Software has been updated from service centre. But problem not solved.
They said to me that I have to submit this mobile to them for one week. But in replacement they don’t give any mobile upto resolve the issue.
But upto that I need a mobile for myself.
It’s urgent for me.
I can’t buy new mobile. They are not giving me any replacement.
Please help me.
