With reference to the above order placed on line in their website, I received the item on 12/01/2021. When opened the package, I was shocked to find that the sari item delivered is totally different from the one for which order was paced. I paid Rs1500/- on COD basis. Immediately, I lodged complaint about this on their Whatsapp number and their email address as well. There is no reply so far despite daily follow up. On verifying, it is found that their address is not available in their website and in the invoice also. This is a bogus firm cheating customers online. Action to track them and book them needed. They are changing the WA number frequently to get on their business. I have their 3 numbers for which complaint/return request submitted. Complant has also been placed on their email rudrasilks99@gmail.com
