This is regarding order Id 306445319.We had purchased a sofacum bed which is dismantled in just a span of four months and needs to be repaired.I highly object to this as your company name is branded one. I want a replacement and not repair .We have purchased this for amount of Rs 86000/which is big amount and in return we are getting such a product which needs to be repaired in just a span of four months.I will take this dispute to the consumer court if you do not replace it with a new one.It was your responsibility to check the product before delivery.Your technician examined the sofa and agreed that the spunch inside was not pasted properly
Kindly provide me with a new one or else face the consequences
