Before ordering the product I spoke to Flipkart cc executive and he assured me that the product will be replaced or refunded if the quality is not as promised
Now when I received the product they are neither raiseling a replacement request nor a refund, though the product and quality is not to the expectations
They are not even looking into my matter now
