I ordered a palne R.c gladiator remote control toy , by cash on delivery. They gave me a Tiffin box cost of 1200 rupee , and when I tried to contact company , there is no contact number and site found , kindly take action . I need my money back

Today an unknown parcel received through ECOM EXPRESS,which charged me 482/- rs cash on delivery.I thought my sister may ordered it but later came to know she didn’t.when opend it, we got a black cloth. The parcel has no significant details about sender, who ordered it. I inquired in nearest ECOM EXPRESS SERVICE and request to give me any details about sender or from where it is ordered if they can provide. Then he sent me SOCIOFY ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED-722758 this site name from where the delivery came. When searched came to this page, seen many complaints lodged about this site. My question is will your authority only take complaints rather than find such fradulance party and take immediete measures to stop this kind of harrasment to people like us. My earnest request to you take fruitful steps for this fradulance.
