i recently purchased 3 combos of off shirts on by a ad pop up on my instagram account and i choose COD option but, i received a shirt and a cargo pant in very bad condition ….i received the parcel through eKart so i want my cash back and send this parcel back to the scammer …when i visit to the website again for customer suppport , a person pick up the call and give me a link for my UPI Pin but i know the UPI policies so i understand that he is a scammer of fraud ..then he abuses me and said that i can’t do anything agaist him so i want you to take an leagle action towards it
