Regarding the unit cost and payments:
“In accordance with the Executed Agreement, the stipulated unit cost stands at Rs. 6,233,758/-. However, my payments to date have amounted to Rs. 5,623,182/-, which should leave a balance due of Rs. 610,586/-. Nonetheless, I observed that a demand was raised for Rs. 621,603/-. In an effort to comply, I made this payment, thereby increasing my total expenditure to Rs. 6,244,785/.”
Request to reverse interest charged:
“I humbly request that you consider reversing the interest charge of Rs. 2,687/- that was applied to the ledger. In doing so, I kindly ask for an updated ledger to be promptly provided.”
Query about an extra charge of Rs. 11,067:
“I would greatly appreciate it if you could shed some light on the rationale behind an additional charge of Rs. 11,067. I believe it is in our mutual interest to address this matter and provide clarity on the specific circumstances that led to this additional charge.”
Concerns about payment for maintenance:
“I’d like to draw your attention to the fact that, as of now, my flat is not ready for the final registry, and I have yet to gain access or occupancy. Despite these circumstances, the complete payment, including maintenance charges, has been collected from me in advance. Given that I am not able to inhabit the flat or avail of any maintenance services, I kindly request a reconsideration of this arrangement.”
Despite my repeated follow-ups since September 21, 2021, the promised channel partner discount of 133,000 and the Sobha furniture coupon of 50,000 remain unfulfilled. This delay is causing significant frustration and dissatisfaction on my end.
Compounding matters, I have been requested to complete the payment, even though the committed facilities and discounts have not been provided as agreed upon during the initial transaction. This demand for payment is perplexing and raises questions about the integrity of our agreement.
Moreover, I’ve observed that construction work is ongoing, creating an unsettling environment for current and potential residents. This situation not only affects the promised quality of life but also poses potential safety risks.
In light of these issues, I urgently request your intervention to address and resolve these concerns. Timely action on your part is crucial not only for my peace of mind but also for the satisfaction and well-being of all residents.
Note: I am interested in obtaining an additional car parking space side by side. Could you please provide me with information regarding any additional charges or fees that would apply for this request?
