sir,i samir kumar das from kolkata.i booking a order at snapdeal by paying debit card of amt.435.then when i received that item which is defective.then i cancell my order snapdeal pick up the item.above 20 days i don’t get my money.i contact three times at snapdeal they told me to contact hdfc bank where is my account.but bank do not response at this matter.please look my matter.
