I have ordered catwalk gold wedges from Snapdeal, immediately next day they delivered me the parcel when I opened it what I saw the wedges are faint , damaged look like old piece immediately i made return request, but as my software was slow by mistake I clicked instead of return replace. Then immediately i called customer care for return request they accepted it but from 4th February I have called customer care several times only one answer given by them is our pickup boy will come within 2 to 3 days don’t worry but two months have passed pls help me
