Text of Complaint by Devvrat Singh Bhati:

I have been transferring money from Mobikwik zip to snapay from past one year. This time they have my money on hold. I have submitted everything customer support rep asked me to. But they have started hanging up my calls. They are not picking up my calls either and are not responding on calls. They are not releasing the payment and not reversing the transaction to source either.
