Dear Sir/Madam

My Payment of Rs 12000 still not settled in my Kotak Bank, Kindly Refund Full Amount of Rs 12141.60 to Original Payment method i.e. My SBI Credit Card No Ending With 5073, also pick up my call as ur team not received my call last 20 days.

I have send all required documents for refund process as per discussion on last call with ur team, kindly process my payment if you cannot process it then issue me refund to my SBI Credit Card No ending With 5073.
