did a transaction of ₹ 2525 from Amazon pay balance card on October 2021, which is showing transaction failed in sanpay app and momet was deducted from my Amazon balance same time but till momey not refunded check and send money to my account as soon as possible. Sorry I am sending the transaction ID to your portal which is transaction id BASD01544479 this is the transaction ID but till now the money has not arrived in the Amazon balance , I’m afraid how would returned money in my amzaon balnce , even snapay customer care said they didn’t captured any payment on this transaction id .
