Text of Complaint by Shirish Malhotra:

On Feb 12, 2021, I had placed an order of 5139 Rs worth of branded perfumes with Snap Perfumes. To my surprise, my order didn’t come with an order number or invoice stating the products ordered, but simply a payment acknowledgment.

These products were pictured online on their site in original bottles.

After I didn’t receive the perfumes for a week, I informed customer care who said that my product was shipped. They however did not furnish a tracking number or shipping receipt despite repeated requests. I did not receive a tracking number for my order till March 7th, when after repeated calls, messages and emails, I finally received a package.

25 days after ordering, I finally receive a package full of completely spurious decants with black and white printed labels advertising Snap Perfumes and the product name.

When compared to my original bottles of Bvlgari Aqva, (which I have been using for 15 years and whose fragrance I know each and every note of) the spurious bottles contained absolutely nothing resembling the original. I kept the rest of the package unopened and insisted on a refund.

They have repeatedly ignored and dodged my complaints, stating the perfumes are 100% original. They are 100% fake. They have now stopped replying to my requests for a refund.
