hello team snap mint. First of all I would like to say, your services are unpredictable and out and out cheating. Day before Yesterday I bought a product from snap mint with order ID 9542817. but the transaction was not done. Emi will show next month and we didn’t get any product from your end. We tried to reach you through call, chat and mail also. Sadly no reply from your end. I tried the customer care number more than 20 times from my registered mobile number , no answer, not connecting to a support person. Is this the way to serve loyal customers? Yesterday i sent an email from my registered mail id, you people replied me again contact customer service. i will attach you mail reply along with this mail, PFA. what the hell is this man?? email team not respond in proper way, customer care number not respond in proper way, with the mobile application also no use. what is this nonsense from snap mint, why do you people cheat customers like this. you people have any manus or common sense please arrange for me to call back and resolve the issue as soon as possible. i am waiting for your proper valid response, not useless forwarded mails. Thank you
