Sir/Madam
I received a message from SNAPDEAL Dated 11.05.2021claiming that I won second prize Car worth 8.20lakh. The no was 6290608622.
When I responded they asked for Registration money 4150 which I paid to MR SACHIN’S ACCOUNT ON 12.05.2021 account no was 30220739730. SBI BRANCH SALT LAKE SECTOR V. Then they demanded Rs 17,120 for Insurance for the car which I paid in Mr Sachin’s account on 13.05.2021 Again on 14.05.2021 they demanded Rs 18,000 out of which we paid Rs 12,000 for transportation charge on a phone no given by them. Then they told me that my car would arrive by next day. Today on 15.05.2021 they are saying that the container on which my car was coming met with an accident and I have to give 20,000 more to get my car. On cross questioning they started telling rubbish stories . Now I just want my money back which they looted from me in the name of prize. Total amount is 33,290. If my money will not be refunded within 7 working days I will move to consumer court filing case against SNAPDEAL. I have uploaded the pics of the transactions
