Dear sir,

I am a post paid customer of ur company from Lucknow.My SMS service is disrupted since last one month and I am unable to receive SMS from my banks and other service providers.I raised complaints on toll free number and also to your nodal officer,Mr Zishan but my problem has still not been resolved.Kindly do the needful at earliest
