I am using a airtel number. I recharged for Rs. 149/- for unlimited calls and 300 SMS. I have no problem on calls but I have a problem in SMS if I send one message means they are taken as 7 message I send so my SMS pack is finished. I have Rs. 10/- as my balance today I send one message they took my Rs. 10/- for that SMS. I hate your service I try to call customer care I am not able to connect and send a mail as compliant on 11th August 2020 but still I didn’t receive any response for that. I need my balance and SMS pack again. I want to spoke to your customer care also.
