I have airtel account balance though I am not able to send sms. Why??? When asked to customer care agent, they are saying you need to have unlimited plan to send one sms!!!! Why will I take unlimited plan when I just need to send 1 or 2 sms in 6 months??
You can simply deduct the sms charges from my mail account balance.
This is disgusting, you are looting customers by making them helpless.
