I have recharged with rs 99plan.but I don’t have sms facility..I have rs 7 on my main balance.why cant I use my main balance to send a sms @ whatever cost..I have to urgently use sms service to authenticate n download a bank app but I am not able to do it even having enough balance to send at least one sms.I strongly condemn this policy of airtel..
