I have 45rs account balance, but i can’t sent sms, customer service says it’s only for call, if I send sms I can recharge unlimited pack, in my living area airtel network not good so I use Reliance JIO, so I recharge airtel minimum amount of 79, if I call to some one network issue, so I use that amount for sending sms, amount not carry for next month, please allow me to send sms in account balance.
