I AM USING JIO SINCE A LONG TIME, ALSO USED APPS LIKE PHONE PE,PAYTM,TEZ GOOGLE PAY ETC IN MY PHONE. MY JIO NUMBER IS 7980462139. ON 13.12.18 I RECHARGED JIO NUMBER WITH RS. 399 PLAN. AFTER THE VERY NEXT DAY ALL THOSE APPS ARE NOT WORKING. WHILE WE INSTALL THOSE APPS IN OUR PHONE, A SMS IS USUALLY USED TO SEND TO SOME SPECIAL NUMBERS. FROM THIS NUMBER I AM UNABLE TO SEND SMS TO SUCH SPECIAL NUMBERS(LIKE 9664555555,8108501991,9243762535 ETC) TO VALIDATE MY SIM. HENCE I M UNABLE TO USE THOSE APPS. CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THEY DON’T HAVE ANY IDEA ON IT. HELP.
